Review: Sigma Sigmax HD Synthetic Face Kit

I heard alot of raved on this product on YouTube and blogs so I had to get my hands on this.  lol

It comes with a really simple and nice packaging and inside, it has a pamphlet which describes the brushes that you picked up. Also, the brushes comes with a protector to it and I think it's really thoughtful of them to come up with such an awesome idea for the packaging. This set comes with the F80(Flat Top Kabuki), F82( Round Top Kabuki) and also the F84( Angled Top Kabuki)

*Please pardon my dirty brushes. I just used them this morning and I really had the urged to blog about them now. lol*

F80- I personally use this as a foundation stippling brush and because of its denseness, I found that it didn't eats up my foundation at all. If you are a brush user, you will know that when you use a brush and dip it with liquid foundation, you will always ended up pumping out more of the products than if you are using your fingers to apply. I used to raved on Mac's 187 brush but now that I have this, I find myself reaching for this most of the time. I also use it as a blush brush as I personally like to pounce on my blusher and I think this brush do the best job in that.

F82- This brush is more precise and I like to use this to conceal and powder my face especially under my eye area and also around the nose which I find these two areas are quite hard to reach using other brushes. And because it is really dense, it could picked up just the right amount of product to apply on the face.*love*

F84- Could be used both for blush and contour but I seldom use this as a blush brush because I prefer the F80 more when I do my blush. I use this mainly to contour because literally, the angled shape helps me to locate the area better without messing up the other parts of my face. I didn't contour that often, only on certain occasions, which explains the very clean brush.teehee

Overall: This is the first time I've tried on brushes that are of this good quality. They are really soft and super dense. I'm not even kidding. I know Coastal Scents has one like this too but I didn't get the chance to try on that one yet hence I can't really compared with those. This Sigma Sigmax brushes could be used with cream, powder as well as liquid products. The brushes itself feels really sturdy and well constructed. I've washed mine probably for three times now but I don't find any bristles that falls apart while washing which is really amazing.

The only problem with these brushes that most of the people face would probably is that they take a longer time to dry when you clean them. However, I actually don't find this to be a problem to me at all because I live in country that is summer 365days so my brushes tends to be dry pretty fast lol.

If you do not want to own three of them,  I do highly recommend the F80 or at least the F82 brush, but the F84 is really awesome for contour work. I'm really impressed by the great quality of Sigma brushes and I think it is really affordable than Mac. This set retails at USD42 and you can log on to their website www.sigmabeauty.com for more selection of brushes.

They sell both individuals as well as complete kit brushes so its quite convenient because you will be able to find almost every brushes that you need whether it is complete sets or maybe eye, face or lips' individual brushes. They also comes with different pretty colors to choose from the brush kit and the Make Me Crazy kit really really caught my eyes. lolz.Hmm, we'll see about it :p

So that's it. I hope its informative enough for you to decide whether to picked this up or not but this is definitely a hit for me.
